This website is operated by Epic Ego. Throughout these Terms of Service, “Epic Ego,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Epic Ego. These Terms govern your access to and use of epicego.com, including purchases made through the website.
By visiting the website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Eligibility and lawful use

Store information and availability
We work to present product descriptions, colors, photographs, sizing, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings, garment-dyed materials, manufacturing tolerances, and print placement may cause reasonable variations. We do not guarantee that every display will reproduce color exactly.
Products and services may be changed, limited, or discontinued without notice. We may limit quantities or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, unauthorized resale, or violations of these Terms.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may cancel or adjust an order before shipment if merchandise is unavailable, information is inaccurate, payment cannot be verified, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information. You are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting payment.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges are calculated or disclosed at checkout. You authorize Epic Ego and its payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for the full order total.
Promotions may have separate eligibility requirements and may be changed or ended as permitted by law. Unless a promotion states otherwise, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping estimates and procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility and refund procedures are described in our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Epic Ego name, logos, artwork, product graphics, photographs, text, site design, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Epic Ego and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping only.
Without written permission, you may not reproduce, copy, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, scrape, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Epic Ego content or artwork.
Reviews, messages, and submitted content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. You grant Epic Ego a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may remove submitted content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or unrelated to the website or products.
Prohibited conduct

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers needed to operate the store and fulfill orders.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Products remain subject to any warranties and consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow a business to waive.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epic Ego will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, Epic Ego's liability will be limited only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
